Prof Aslan is a professor in Public Health and has been working at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Public Health since the year 2000.
-Experience in Boston Children’s Hospital (Boston/USA) funded by NIH Fogarty International Program (2002). In this period,
completed courses at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (Fall Semester, 2022).
-MSc, Nutrition and Food Sciences, Hacettepe University, Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Public Health (2004)
-Completed various national and international training programs in public health (eg. tobacco control, ageing, international health, etc).
-Completed a certificated training program on infodemic management organized by the World Health Organization (December 2021).
